The interior design of a cafe in Surabaya Mall

astudioarchitect.com design of this cafe is a proposal for a cafe in a mall in Surabaya. The design is based on the shape of the room that is not uniform, where there are also some columns at the center of the room. This is overcome by using it as a means of dividing a cluster a few tables and chairs.

The owner wants to be the main area there is a cafe space with a desk chair, and a bar with counter and kitchen. All use of materials such as wood pallets exposure. Type gives the impression of rustic wood combined with other colors such as white, blue, black and wood color gradation. 

 Impression to be achieved from the design of this cafe is the feel calm and relaxed, which is obtained from the mood lighting of lamps and ornamentation. This casual cafe style is also supported by cafe-style partitions in the UK. In this design the emphasis is adding furniture to an existing room, where the ceiling has not been redesigned since the owner's request. Because of this, some features are added as accent lighting fluorescent lamps and chandelier.
